How to use:

1. Remove existing insole if shoe is tight
2. Trim to size along guide line
3. Slide in heel-first, taller side back
4. Wear in — first day light, full day after

Sizing tip: if you're between sizes or wear closed boots, go up one centimetre. 3 cm = everyday stealth. 6–7.5 cm = real presence, best in boots.
